If you opt-in, you will get email and SMS updates before each cleaning, so you always know what to expect.
For your security and peace of mind, we protect your information with encrypted systems that comply with industry-leading data protection standards. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties.
Our payment processing is secure and handled through Stripe, a trusted industry leader known for advanced encryption and fraud protection. Your card will only be charged after your cleaning service is fully completed to ensure your satisfaction.

To ensure a smooth and timely cleaning service, please provide clear and convenient parking options for our cleaning team.
Whenever possible, reserve a parking spot close to your home’s entrance or driveway to minimize walking distance and allow our team to transport equipment efficiently.
If street parking is required, please verify local restrictions to avoid tickets or towing that could delay service.
Please provide accurate access instructions ahead of your appointment, including gate codes, door keys, smart lock details, or alarm system information.
If you prefer to hide keys onsite, please inform us in advance and ensure they are placed in a secure, clearly marked location. Our team will always lock doors and gates upon arrival and departure.
If access issues arise during the appointment, such as missing keys or locked gates, we will contact you promptly to resolve the situation. Prolonged delays due to access problems may affect the service time.
If our cleaning team cannot access the property at the scheduled time and we are unable to contact you to resolve the issue within 15 minutes, 50% of the service fee will be charged, and the appointment will be cancelled.

Our flat rates are based on the average condition of a typical home requiring standard cleaning. This means the fee you pay is based on the quality and completion of the job—not the amount of time it takes to finish.
Whether our team completes the cleaning faster or it requires a bit more attention, your price remains the same. Flat rates allow us to focus on delivering exceptional results without rushing or cutting corners.
However, some homes may require extra effort due to heavy dirt buildup, clutter, or neglected areas. In these cases, a heavy-duty cleaning fee may be necessary to cover the additional work. If this applies, we’ll notify you upfront before proceeding and provide a clear estimate.

Please keep in mind that this is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Factors such as the actual condition of your home, unexpected messes, or access issues may cause the appointment to take more or less time than estimated.
Regardless of timing, your flat rate remains the same, reflecting our commitment to quality over speed.
If you prefer to book a cleaning for a specific limited time window, please let us know, but be aware that in such cases the job may not be fully completed within that time frame.
Our goal is to deliver thorough, high-quality cleaning every visit, so we recommend allowing sufficient time for best results.
Appointment Guidelines:

Before your appointment, we kindly ask you to declutter personal belongings such as toys, clothing, paperwork, and other items so our team can focus on deep, detailed cleaning rather than organizing clutter, unless the organization add-on is selected.
All of our cleaners undergo comprehensive background checks and verification to ensure your safety and trust. However, for added peace of mind, we kindly ask that you secure any valuables or fragile items—such as jewelry, cash, electronics, or heirlooms—to prevent accidental damage or loss during the cleaning process.
If you will not be home, be sure to provide clear access instructions such as keys, door codes, or smart lock details, and let us know about any alarms or pet arrangements in advance.
If you have scheduled extra services, like inside-appliance or cabinet cleaning, please prepare by emptying those areas and defrosting freezers if applicable.
During the initial walkthrough, please point out any problem spots, stains, or areas needing extra attention.

Our teams do their best to arrive within your scheduled window, but please allow flexibility for occasional delays caused by previous appointments, traffic, or weather; we will notify you right away if timing changes.
During your appointment, you are welcome to stay home or leave while we clean. Either way, please make sure we can reach you by phone in case questions come up.

Pets can become anxious or excited around cleaning equipment and unfamiliar people, which can cause delays or safety concerns for both your pets and our staff. If you have pets with special needs or behaviors, please inform us beforehand so we can prepare accordingly.

The safety and comfort of our cleaning team is paramount. We ask that you help maintain a safe environment by keeping walkways and work areas free of clutter, loose rugs, or cords that could cause trips or falls.
Please secure pets away from cleaning spaces to prevent distractions or accidents.
Inform us of any potential hazards such as slippery floors, broken fixtures, or harmful chemicals so we can take appropriate precautions.
Our staff are trained to avoid unsafe tasks, including moving heavy furniture or using ladders beyond their standard equipment.
The presence of drugs, weapons, or any illegal activity in the home is strictly prohibited during service.
If at any time a team member feels threatened, uncomfortable, or encounters inappropriate or illegal behavior, they are authorized to end the service immediately. In such cases, the scheduled service will still be charged to respect the time and commitment of our professionals.
For the safety of our staff and your household, please do not schedule service if you or someone in your home is sick with a contagious illness.

After your appointment, we encourage you to complete a walkthrough with our cleaners if you are available, to make sure everything meets your expectations. If you notice any issues or something was missed, please let us know promptly so we can address it.
Your payment will only be processed after the cleaning is completed, and please note that flat rates are based on completion of the job, not the time taken.
We also welcome you to ask about recurring plans, which offer a discount after the first cleaning dependent on frequency, if you would like regular service in the future.

A Few Final Reminders:
Please note that our standard cleaning services do not include outdoor areas, hazardous waste removal, or moving large or heavy furniture. However, we’re always happy to discuss custom options or connect you with a trusted professional if you have special needs — just reach out to our team!
Our cleaners cannot use ladders or step stools beyond the standard kit they bring.
We supply all of our own cleaning products and equipment to ensure consistent, high-quality results and to meet OSHA safety standards. If you would like us to use your own products instead, please contact our office in advance for approval. Once approved, please leave those products on-site along with clear instructions for our team.
