Signature Refresh

  • We dust all the surfaces you see (and a few you might not notice)—like shelves, baseboards, picture frames, and furniture. It's a simple step that makes your whole space feel lighter and more put together.

  • We vacuum area rugs and carpets, and sweep and mop hard floors using products safe for your home’s unique surfaces. Whether it's everyday dust or muddy footprints, we make sure your floors look—and feel—clean under every step.

  • We scrub and sanitize your sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers, then shine up the mirrors and faucets. It’s a deep refresh that makes your bathroom feel crisp and spa-clean.

  • We wipe down your counters, cabinet fronts, sinks, and the outside of your appliances—removing smudges, spills, and dust so your kitchen feels polished. It's about keeping the heart of your home looking its best.

  • We lightly dust furniture, clear surfaces, and straighten up bedding so your bedroom feels like a place to unwind—not another thing on your to-do list. Think of it as a mini reset between the chaos of everyday life.

  • We fluff pillows, dust electronics and surfaces, and give the room a quick tidy so your main gathering space feels warm, inviting, and effortlessly in order.

  • We carefully wipe and disinfect frequently touched areas—like door handles, light switches, cabinet knobs, remote controls, and stair railings. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference, helping keep your home healthier and more cared for.

  • At the end of each visit, we do a final walkthrough to make sure everything feels just right. If you'd like, we can also add a light essential oil misting—subtle and natural—so your home doesn’t just look clean, it smells clean too.

Perennial Deep Clean

  • We go far beyond surface dusting. Every reachable shelf, baseboard, window ledge, and piece of furniture gets attention. We dust high and low, including ceiling fans, light fixtures, vents, and the tops of doorframes—those forgotten spots that make a big difference.

  • All floors are vacuumed with extra attention to corners and edges. Hard floors are mopped thoroughly, and we move light furniture (like chairs, side tables, and rugs) to clean underneath. We also spot-clean scuffs or buildup along baseboards where needed.

  • We take the time to scrub tile grout, polish all chrome, and remove hard water spots and residue from glass, sinks, and fixtures. We clean behind and around toilets, and detail inside drawers and vanity surfaces upon request. Every surface feels fresh and hotel-clean.

  • In addition to surface cleaning, we wipe down cabinet fronts, clean the inside of the microwave, and degrease backsplash areas. We detail small appliance exteriors, sanitize sink basins and faucets, and leave stainless steel gleaming. Crumbs and buildup in hidden corners? Gone.

  • We dust and polish bedroom furniture, vacuum under beds (where accessible), and wipe down baseboards and frames. Beds are straightened neatly, or we can change linens upon request. Closets get a light dusting and floor vacuum if open or requested.

  • We lift and clean under cushions, dust electronics carefully, and wipe down furniture legs and backs. Light decor, mantelpieces, and shelving are dusted and arranged. Any built-up dust or debris around TV units, baseboards, or beneath sofas is removed.

  • We sanitize all high-contact areas, including handles, switches, appliance buttons, drawer pulls, and stair railings. We also clean remote controls, light pull cords, and even the buttons on thermostats—touchpoints you may not think about, but we always do.

  • This is where deep clean really shines. We wipe down doors, doorframes, windowsills, trim, and edges. If there are cobwebs in ceiling corners or buildup in awkward edges, they’re handled with care. We also clean the tops of major appliances and inside trash bins if accessible.

  • We finish with a detailed walkthrough to make sure nothing's been missed. You’ll notice the difference in the way your home feels—not just cleaner, but refreshed and cared for. If you choose, we can add a light essential oil scenting as a subtle, calming finish.
