If you prefer to book for a specific amount of time, that’s fine; however, we cannot guarantee that the full job will be completed if there is a strict time limit.

We do not clean outdoor spaces, biohazards, or the interiors of machinery like dishwashers, washing machines, or stove hoods. Additionally, cleaners cannot remove junk larger than a few standard trash bags. Please clear out or relocate any large debris before your appointment.

Yes! After you book for the first time, an account will be made for you where you can login and modify your bookings at anytime.

No, you do not need to be home, as long as we have secure access instructions and any alarm codes. If you are home, please minimize distractions so our team can work efficiently.
If we cannot access your home at the scheduled time and cannot reach you within 15 minutes to resolve it, 50% of the service fee will be charged, and the appointment will be cancelled.

Before your appointment, we kindly ask you to declutter personal belongings such as toys, clothing, paperwork, and other items so our team can focus on deep, detailed cleaning rather than organizing clutter, unless the organization add-on is selected. 
All of our cleaners undergo comprehensive background checks and verification to ensure your safety and trust. However, for added peace of mind, we kindly ask that you secure any valuables or fragile items—such as jewelry, cash, electronics, or heirlooms—to prevent accidental damage or loss during the cleaning process.
If you will not be home, be sure to provide clear access instructions such as keys, door codes, or smart lock details, and let us know about any alarms or pet arrangements in advance. 
If you have scheduled extra services, like inside-appliance or cabinet cleaning, please prepare by emptying those areas and defrosting freezers if applicable. 
During the initial walkthrough, please point out any problem spots, stains, or areas needing extra attention.

Yes, we provide all our own products and equipment, which are chosen for their quality and safety. If you prefer we use your supplies instead, please let us know ahead of time so we can approve and plan accordingly.
